These Terms of Service govern access to jingdeceramics.com and purchases from Jingde Ceramics.
By accessing this website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
1. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping or commercial purchasing purposes.
You must not use the website to commit fraud, transmit malicious code, interfere with website security, unlawfully scrape content, attack the service, violate another person's rights or infringe intellectual property.
2. Products and Information
We aim to present product photographs, descriptions and prices accurately. Product information, availability and pricing may be corrected or updated without prior notice.
Hand-shaped, hand-painted and kiln-fired ceramics may show reasonable variations in glaze, colour, brushwork, pattern placement, dimensions, weight, shape and surface finish. These variations are not normally defects where they do not affect normal use.
This does not exclude responsibility for actual breakage, a significant quality problem, an incorrect item or a product that differs materially from its description.
3. Orders
Submitting an order does not require Jingde Ceramics to accept it.
We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, stock errors, shipping restrictions or inaccurate customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment, the amount collected for the cancelled order will be returned using the original payment method.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. Jingde Ceramics does not claim to store customers' complete payment-card details directly.
Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping, cancellation, return and refund matters are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy in force when the order is placed, together with any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
6. Intellectual Property
The Jingde Ceramics name, website design, photographs, product images, text, graphics and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be copied, republished, commercially exploited or used to misrepresent another product or business without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The website may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics services and other necessary third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated.
Jingde Ceramics will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory product-quality obligations and statutory consumer rights.
9. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Jingde Ceramics is not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruption, customs action, government restrictions, labour disputes, system outages or transportation interruption.
This clause does not remove obligations that applicable law requires Jingde Ceramics to perform.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised date.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the mandatory laws applicable to the customer and the transaction.
These Terms are subject to applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
